I still don't get when people call a masterpiece like this horrible and then
they flock to the latest "comic book" movie and think it's great!
Our culture has taken a great nose dive,
seems like all the years of American Idol
and bubblegum music has finally caught up!

Movie = Excellent
Quality = Normal DVDRIP quality!

Been waiting for this one!!! 8)

I thought the ending was awesome.
The final 15 minutes are brilliant and
I especially love the score as well. 8)
A movie is about the experience.
Some people seem to think a movie is
a game where you ignore the experience
and just psychoanalyse it and if you can
"figure it out" then it sucks. They're missing the whole point!
A motion picture is the experience and the point isn't to figure it out, the point is the journey. This is what real art is about. Unfortuanently, not much real art exists today so when a real work of art comes out, many judge it as they judge all the other "here today, gone tomorrow" crap because they don't know any better.
This is seriously the most artistically deprived culture I think that has ever existed, people are clueless.

This movie rates high on the weird and creepy scale. Yeah, the ending was telegraphed and I could have lived without the very last scene, which was kind of hokey, but still, I enjoyed the movie. Terrific special effects and Cage was credible in the role.

I liked it because of the ship they had at the ending looked like the one the Prophet Ezekiel tried to describe, wheels within wheels of wheels and so on.

as though it was trying to make a connection between God and aliens. Check out the book or the movie Chariots of the Gods, then for fun look for ancient aliens history channel. lots very very interesting thins there...

Usual great quality from diamond. Also surprisingly enjoyed the movie due to having such low expectations for it. Not brilliant, but definitely worth a watch.
